Member Benefits

1. Click the green Log In / Register tab

2. Click Create My Account

3. Complete the fields then click Continue. They will send you an email after this step

4. Click on the link in the email from LogistiCare

5. Complete the fields to verify your member information

6. Click Find Member

7. Follow the instructions to finish setting up your account
