About Blue Cross Complete

Blue Cross Complete of Michigan is contracted by the state of Michigan to provide medical services to eligible Medicaid and Healthy Michigan Plan beneficiaries in 58 counties in the Lower Peninsula. Blue Cross Complete of Michigan is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Quality and accreditation

Blue Cross Complete is committed to providing high-quality health care in Michigan. We deliver National Committee for Quality Assurance-accredited health care services.

NCQA Health Plan Accreditation evaluates the quality of health care that health plans provide to their members. We hold an Accredited Health Plan Accreditation from NCQA.

We also hold the Distinction in Multicultural Health Care from NCQA. Multicultural Health Care recognizes organizations that lead the market in providing culturally and linguistically sensitive services and are working to reduce health care disparities.

Enrolling in Medicaid

Individuals can enroll in Medicaid through county health departments or online at michigan.gov/mibridges. Medicaid beneficiaries who want to enroll in a Medicaid health plan should call Michigan Enrolls at 1-888-367-6557.
