SafeLink Wireless® is offering Blue Cross Complete members on the SafeLink Health Solutions program unlimited minutes through June.

New customers can enroll in the SafeLink Health Solutions program at no cost and receive a smartphone with 3GB of data, unlimited texting and free calls to Blue Cross Complete. Cricket Wireless

Cricket Wireless is waiving all reactivation fees for customers affected financially by this pandemic. Additionally, BridgePay is available, which lets you split your current bill into two payments, giving you an additional 7 days to pay.

Metro PCS/T-Mobile

All current Metro customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming).

Coming soon - Metro customers on smartphone plans with mobile hotspot enabled will be provided an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot service over the next 60 days.

Sprint will be:

  • Providing Unlimited data for 60 days to customers with metered data plans (effective 3/18)
  • Giving 20 GB of free mobile hotspot to customers with hotspot-capable devices (effective 3/18)
  • Waiving per-minute toll charges for international long-distance calls from the U.S. to CDC- defined level 3 countries (effective 3/17)


Verizon will waive all late fees and will not terminate service to a customer who's been impacted by the events involving the coronavirus through June 30, 2020.
