Earn rewards for good health

With the Care Card program from Blue Cross Complete of Michigan, you can earn rewards for taking care of your health, such as regular doctor visits, health screenings and vaccinations.

You can use your Care Card like a gift card to purchase healthy living items at participating stores. You can also use your Care Card as a store rewards card to receive discounts at checkout. Discounts apply even if your card balance is zero.

Rewards expire 12 months after your most recent reward or upon disenrollment from Blue Cross Complete. Don’t throw away your Care Card. You may earn additional rewards for completing other tests, screenings and healthy activities.

You can’t use your rewards to purchase alcohol, tobacco, marijuana or firearms. Rewards expire 12 months after your most recent reward or upon member disenrollment.
